APRIL RYAN, FINE ARTIST
Hey there, I'm April, a Pittsburgh fine art visual artist. My medium of choice is painting with oils and acrylics but I’m also drawn to sculpture and mixed media. Striving to take the ordinary things in life and create a story around them, I hope to reach into the soul of the viewer and invoke a memory, to make an emotional connection, or perhaps even take them on a journey to an unknown land. I believe the arts are a manifestation of the impressions and inspirations of our souls and spirits. These impressions come from our life experiences and by the inspiration of our Creator. My ultimate desire is that my work will bring a measure of joy and even, perhaps, healing to someone’s life.
