This beautiful month of March, I am reminiscing about my incredible journey to Ireland last year.
I'm struck by the deep sense of belonging I felt in this enchanting land. It was as though my ancestors were beckoning me home. My experience there has ignited a fascination with genetic memory and its potential impact on our lives. My great-great-great (something) grandmother, a remarkable herbal healer from County Down, Ireland settled in Washington County, Pennsylvania and has left a lasting legacy. Her passion for natural healing has been passed down through generations , inspiring my own interest in this field. During my stay in Ireland I had the privilege of residing in a 16th- century castle, steeped in history and tradition. The castles courtyard, with its picturesque peacocks and chickens, was a haven of peace. I was enchanted by the beauty of the gardens, where I could indulge my love of nature and art. The warmth and generosity of the castle's owner made our stay truly special. As I reflect on this experience, I'm filled with a sense of gratitude and wonder, inspired by the beauty and magic of Ireland. Sla'n go fo'ill (Gaelic for goodbye for now), April
